How do I participate if I am a new customer?
If you're a first time customer you will be automatically awarded points for your purchased, but in order to redeem them you will need to create an account either from our rewards page, or at checkout.
How do I participate if I am an existing customer?
If you're an existing customer, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will begin earning points on your next purchase (just make sure you log into your account before completing your order). International orders are excluded from the TWIST Rewards Program at this time.
How can I earn points?
You will earn 1 TWIST rewards points for every dollar you spend on the website or in store, less any tax or shipping costs.
How do I redeem my points?
When your points are eligible to be converted to reward dollars, the option to use them will appear in checkout and your account page.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your account by entering your email address and password and click Login. Your point balance will appear there.
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
Your points will post to your account 30 days after a purchase is completed.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire 365 days after they are earned.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned when purchasing the item.
How many points am I allowed to redeem at once?
As many as you would like!
What if my order total is less than my reward value?
If your reward value exceeds the order total, the remaining promotional balance will be lost. For example, if you use a $150 reward towards a merchandise total equal to $130, you will only be responsible for paying tax and shipping, if applicable. The remaining $20 is not eligible for use on a future purchase.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
Points and reward dollars are non-transferable and can only be used by the owner of the account.

TWIST reserves the right to terminate or make changes to the rewards program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused, but accumulated points and/or rewards. Your account must be in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in the TWIST rewards program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Points cannot be applied to account for prior purchases. International orders are excluded from the TWIST Rewards Program at this time. Designer exclusions apply.
