With its classic 1990's design, this For Future Reference Vintage necklace will add a sweet sentiment to any collection. The domed 14K yellow gold heart is covered in a surface of shimmering diamonds and blue sapphires and held in place by 14K yellow gold. It hangs from the center of the 14K yellow gold chain.
