Inspired by a heart shaped door knocker she stumbled across on her travels, this Francesca Villa ring celebrates having something to hold on to. The bright blue rectangular blue topaz is set in tiny 18K pink gold prongs at the center of the 18K pink gold and red enamel pendant. A diamond and iolite doorknocker connects above and allows the pendant to hang from the 18K pink gold chain.
