Named 'scepter' because of its ability to harness the power of light, this Pari ring is all about the stunning details. The 18K yellow gold three-dimensional tube has celestial cutouts and is set with tsavorite garnet, diamond and ruby. It sits at the center of the thin 18K yellow gold band.
