The small 18K yellow gold equal sided cross is set with a surface of triangular mother-of-pearl inlay. A round, bezel set pink sapphire and tiny white diamonds accent the composition and add an extra hint of colorful sparkle. It hangs from the center of the adjustable 18K yellow gold chain.
