The round 18K yellow gold mini pendant has been engraved on both sides with images of tiny fish and accented by diamond bubbles.. A surface of alternating brilliant cut emeralds and round, vintage diamonds goes around the rim of the pendant which can be slid on to any of your favorite chains.
