Hanging from the center of the Akoya pearl strand is a large, baroque South Sea pearl held by an 18K yellow gold and diamond twisting bale. The pendant drops from the 18K yellow gold and diamond hoop closure allowing you to wear this piece as is, with additional pendants or just the chain.
