The meticulously hand carved turquoise leaf is attached to a 22K yellow gold bale set with tiny shimmering diamonds. A faceted deep red ruby oval sits at the center adding a touch of contrast to the carved surface of the turquoise. Here, we have it hanging from Cathy's signature Spanish chain (sold separately).
