The rainbow gems - including amethyst, garnet, rainbow sapphires, emerald and blue diamonds - are set in four blackened 18K yellow gold starfish arms. One last 18K yellow gold arm is set with tiny white diamonds for a hint of extra sparkle . The sweet composition is set at the center of the double 18K yellow gold band.
