With their cool toned color and large scale, these Mateo earrings are a perfect balance of emerald cuts. The duo of blue topaz stones are each held in 14K yellow gold prongs on open backed 14K yellow gold settings. The smaller top stone connects to the 14K yellow gold post back and the two are broken up by one tiny round, white diamond.
