Inspired by the first sound of the universe, om, the 18K yellow gold pendant is made up of orange and yellow plique-à-jour enamel, a frame of sparkling pink sapphires and a diamond center. Reminiscent of a stained glass window, this necklace begs for a closer look. The 18K yellow gold back is engraved with the om symbol. It hangs from the center of the adjustable 18K yellow gold chain.
