We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.

Return Policy :

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. We also like to know why you are returning it, so jot us a little note if you can!

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

*** HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY ***

Anything purchased during the month of December can be returned for store credit or refund until January 10th. Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging with purchase information enclosed. 
 

Items purchased on the website CANNOT be returned in either of our stores. And, conversely, the online return / exchange policy does not apply in our Portland and Seattle stores.

exchanges:

Like returns, we will accept exchanges if you send the item back to us, pre-paid and insured, within 10 days of receiving it. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt. You can either email us at customerservice@twistonline.com to give us a heads up, or just send it back with a note explaining what you would like us to send instead. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted.

repairs:

All of the jewerly in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. This process may take 2-8 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned by the artist.
